About Particle Life

Particle Life is an independent browser simulator for exploring emergent particle behavior. It turns attraction and repulsion rules into a playable habitat, so curious visitors can see how simple local interactions create clusters, streams, rings, and lifelike motion.

Why this exists

Many particle life examples are academic demos, embedded blog experiments, or app-only experiences. This site is designed as a focused online simulator: open the page, run the habitat, change the presets, and understand what you are seeing.

Current scope

V1 is client-side and runs in the browser with Canvas. There are no accounts, payments, saved histories, leaderboards, or databases. Future versions may add colony naming, screenshots, and challenge modes if usage signals justify them.
